We offer the best in food and service to make your reception, anniversary, or any special event the memorable occasion it should be. We will provide all or part, of a perfect buffet with numerous choices.

We furnish all serving pieces. Our menus are flexible and reasonably priced. We will assist you in planning your function whether quite simple or most luxurious, whichever best meets your needs. Delicious food arranged and served with eye-catching appeal is the key to any special social occasion. All meals also include bread, relish tray, dips, butter, iced tea, water and coffee if desired.

MEATS:

Buffet Meals: Smoked Ham, Smoked Turkey, Smoked Turkey Breast, Smoked Beef, Turkey Sausage, Beef Stick (with or without Jalapeno Cheese), Chicken Salad, and Tuna Salad.

BBQ Meals: Beef and Pork Sausage, Turkey Sausage, Brisket, Chicken, Turkey Thighs, Pork, Beef, Beef Ribs, Pork Ribs, Pork Loin, or Prime Rib.

BEANS: Pinto Beans or Green Beans.

CHEESES: Swiss, Cheddar, Jalapeno or American.

SALADS: Potato Salad (Regular or German), Macaroni Salad, Cabbage Slaw (Creamy or Vinegar Dressing), Sliced Fruit, Jell-O Salad (with your choice of Fruit), Tossed Salad (with Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette), or Fruit Salad (priced separately).

DRINKS: Iced Tea, Coffee, and Water (with the Meal), or Punch (see Punch Service below).

HORS' D' O' EUVRES: Egg Rolls, Homemade Spicy Sausage Cheese Balls, Homemade Queso with Chips, or Tamales. Ask for prices.

CHEESE TABLE: Three Cheeses, Crackers and Fruit.

PUNCH SERVICE: Flavor choices are: Peach, Red Fruit, or Golden Fruit. Includes Punch Bowls, Cups, Cocktail Napkins, and Snacks.

PARTY TRAYS:

Meat and Cheese: Three Meat choices from Buffet Meal selection (as listed above), and Two Cheese choices (as listed above).

Relish Tray with Ranch Dip: Veggies with Dip.

DESSERTS: Stanley's Peach Cobbler, German Apple Dessert, Cheesecake (with topping of choice: caramel, chocolate, strawberry, or raspberry), or Pecan Pie.

BUFFET MEAL: Your choice of any Three Buffet Meats (as listed above), and any Two Cheeses (as listed above) on a Buffet Tray, Relish Tray with Dip, choice of Two Salads, French Bread, Butter, Miracle Whip and Mustard, Ice Tea, Coffee, and Water.

FAJITA MEAL: Beef or Chicken with Sautéed Onions & Green Peppers, Flour Tortillas, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Hot Sauce, Cheese, Lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Iced Tea, Coffee, and Water.

FISH MEAL: Fried Catfish with Tartar Sauce & Seafood Cocktail Sauce, choice of Beans, a Salad, Crackers, Iced Tea, Coffee, and Water.

TABLE RENTAL: If you do not have tables for us to serve from; we have three tables that you may rent from us.

Each of the above menus includes: plates (9.5" China or 10.5" compartmented/polycarbonate plastic), iced tea glasses (polycarbonate), coffee cups, napkins, stainless steel utensils, salt & pepper, sugar, artificial sweeteners and lemon.

If you desire you may you use styrofoam plates and tea cups at an additional charge.

We also have available cake plates (styrofoam or plastic), and cake forks (plastic) for an additional cost; ask for prices.

All foods are attractively served on trays, in chafing dishes and bowls with garnish as desired. Our service includes keeping the serving table(s) supplied with food until all have been served.
